Returns and exchanges
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
Eligibility
An eligible item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and instructions.
Non-returnable items
Customized, made-to-order, worn, used, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale items cannot normally be returned unless defective or required by applicable law.
Incorrect or damaged orders
Send your order number, a description, and clear photos through Contact us. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside SYA’s control.
